Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using InvPrp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OSSTF Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

InvPrp provides AI-powered interview preparation services including:

Personalized career roadmaps based on resume and job descriptions
AI-powered mock interviews with real-time feedback
Resume analysis and ATS optimization suggestions
Free career tools (Resume Analyzer, Salary Calculator, etc.)
LinkedIn profile analysis

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email/password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may also use the App in "Guest Mode" with limited functionality without creating an account.

4. INP Coins (In-App Virtual Currency)

INP Coins are virtual items purchased and used exclusively within InvPrp:

Coins are consumed when using AI-powered features
Coins are non-refundable once used for services
Coins have no cash value outside the platform
Coins cannot be transferred between accounts
Unused coins remain in your account indefinitely as long as your account is active
Coin packs are available for purchase as one-time in-app purchases

5. Premium Subscription (Auto-Renewable)

InvPrp offers a Premium subscription that provides unlimited access to AI interviews, analytics, and an ad-free experience. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Subscription Plans: Premium is available as a Monthly or Yearly auto-renewable subscription.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription.
Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > [Apple ID / Google Play] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance and must agree before any price increase takes effect.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App by navigating to:

Profile → Account Details → Delete Account

Upon account deletion, your personal data including resumes, roadmaps, interview history, and profile information will be permanently removed. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device's subscription settings. Unused INP Coins will be forfeited upon account deletion.

7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the resumes, job descriptions, and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not sell, share, or distribute your uploaded content to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of InvPrp — including the AI models, design, logos, and branding — are owned by OSSTF Technologies Private Limited and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our services use Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate content including career roadmaps, interview questions, feedback, and resume analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. You acknowledge that you should verify critical information and that we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

InvPrp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our services, including interview performance, job search results, or career decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App's settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
