1. INP Coins Refund Policy

INP Coins are virtual items purchased for use within the InvPrp platform. Our refund policy for coin purchases is as follows:

  • Unused Coins: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no coins have been used
  • Partially Used Coins: Refund for unused coins may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Fully Used Coins: No refund available once coins have been consumed for services

2. Service Quality Issues

If you experience technical issues or service failures, you may be eligible for:

  • Coin credit for failed operations (e.g., incomplete roadmap generation)
  • Full coin refund if the service was not delivered
  • Priority support to resolve the issue

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at refunds@invprp.com with your account details
  2. Include your transaction ID and reason for refund
  3. We will respond within 3-5 business days

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
