You can create an account by downloading the InvPrp app from the Play Store or App Store. Sign up using your Google account or email address. The registration process is quick and simple!
To delete your account, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data including coins and progress will be permanently deleted.
Yes! You can explore the app in Guest Mode. However, to save your progress, earn coins, and access all features, you'll need to create an account.
You can earn coins in multiple ways:
- Daily login streak rewards
- Watching reward videos
- Referring friends to InvPrp
- Completing mock tests
- Participating in contests
Yes! You can purchase coin packs from the Wallet section. We offer various packages to suit your needs. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
No, your earned and purchased coins do not expire. They remain in your account until you use them for premium features.
Navigate to the Roadmap section, select a topic, and tap on "Take Mock Test". Choose your difficulty level and the AI will generate personalized questions for you.
Yes! If you exit a test before completing it, you can resume from where you left off. Go to Profile → View All Interview History → Mock Tests tab to find your in-progress tests.
Your score is calculated based on the number of correct answers. The difficulty level affects the complexity of questions but not the scoring method. You can view detailed analytics after completing each test.
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking
- Wallets
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our billing team at billing@invprp.com with your transaction details within 7 days of purchase.
Invoice receipts are automatically sent to your registered email address after each purchase. You can also view transaction history in Wallet → Transaction History.
Our AI analyzes your interview practice sessions by evaluating your answer content, communication clarity, and relevance to the question. You'll receive detailed feedback with scores and suggestions for improvement.
Currently, we support audio-based interview practice. The app records your spoken answers and transcribes them for AI analysis. Video support is on our roadmap!
After completing an interview session, go to the analysis report screen and tap the download/share button. You can save the report as PDF or share it directly.
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check your internet connection
- Force close and restart the app
- Clear app cache (Settings → Apps → InvPrp → Clear Cache)
- Update to the latest version from Play Store/App Store
- Reinstall the app if issues persist
Make sure you've granted microphone permissions to the app. Go to your device Settings → Apps → InvPrp → Permissions and enable Microphone access. If issues persist, try using headphones with a built-in microphone.
