We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Account information (name, email address, profile picture) via Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email/password
Resume data you upload for analysis
Job descriptions you provide for roadmap generation
Interview recordings and transcripts (with your consent)
Usage data, analytics, and app interaction logs
Payment information (processed securely via Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, or Razorpay — we do not store credit card numbers)
Device information (OS version, device model, app version)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and improve our AI-powered interview preparation services
Generate personalized career roadmaps
Analyze your resume for ATS optimization
Conduct AI-powered mock interviews
Analyze your LinkedIn profile
Process transactions and manage subscriptions
Send push notifications (with your permission)
Communicate with you about our services, updates, and support
Improve app performance and fix bugs

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest using Firebase's security infrastructure. We use secure authentication via Firebase Authentication with support for Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In.

4. Data Sharing

We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

AI Service Providers: Google Gemini AI for resume analysis, roadmap generation, and interview feedback. Your data is processed per Google's AI terms.
Payment Processors: Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, and Razorpay for payment processing. We do not store credit card information.
Analytics: Firebase Analytics for understanding app usage and improving our services.
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

Audio recordings and resumes uploaded for interview analysis are processed securely and are NOT sold to third-party recruiters or employers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. When you delete your account, your personal data — including resumes, roadmaps, interview history, and profile information — will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App by navigating to:

Profile → Account Details → Delete Account

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile and account information
Uploaded resumes and job descriptions
Generated career roadmaps
Interview history and recordings
INP Coin balance
Analytics and usage data

Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS).

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore Database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics
Google Gemini AI — Resume analysis, roadmap generation, interview feedback, LinkedIn analysis
Apple StoreKit — In-App Purchase and subscription management (iOS)
Google Play Billing — In-App Purchase and subscription management (Android)
Adapty — Subscription analytics and paywall management
Razorpay — Payment processing (India)

8. Children's Privacy

InvPrp is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access and receive a copy of your personal data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Delete your account and associated data (via App settings)
Opt out of push notifications (via device settings)
Withdraw consent for data processing (by deleting your account)

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
